Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided.  Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, major credit cards, Health Savings Cards, and Care Credit.
 

We offer 2 options to our patients with dental insurance.  In either case you must provide us with current insurance information on the day of your appointment.  Patients may pay in full at time of service, we will then submit your insurance to reimburse you directly.  A second option is to leave debit or credit card information with our insurance specialist.  After insurance payment, the remaining costs are then processed. This allows us to avoid sending statements and you to avoid being bothered with balances.  We file all insurance electronically, so your insurance company will receive each claim within days of treatment.
